  • Named one of Thrillist's Women Redefining NYC's Culinary Culture in 2021, Bianca brings an international perspective & over a decade of expertise to strategic marketing and consulting for hospitality clients across the globe. After earning her B.A. from Johns Hopkins University, she explored f&b and marketing opportunities in Moshi, Tanzania and Naples, Italy. Back stateside, she began her career in experiential programming for RELATED, later segueing into media relations for top agencies and working with clients including Borgo Egnazia, Rouge Tomate, MASA, Rockhouse, Miami Design District, COTE Korean Steakhouse, Health-Ade Kombucha, Champagne Armand de Brignac and many more. Today, Bianca works alongside her partner Lindsey Peckham to guide strategy and creative vision for POMME's clients across restaurants, chefs, travel, spirits and CPG. She is also the CMO at La Rossi Pizza, a fast-growing frozen pizza company she co-founded with her mother Martina Rossi Kenworthy & Stefano Noceti. In her spare time, Bianca loves reading, hopping on planes to new places & snuggling her dog Ferdinand.

  • Emily brings a wealth of knowledge of the hospitality industry and a passion for food and cocktails to her role at Pomme. Her experience is expansive across the travel, cocktail, culinary, and spirits spaces, where she’s worked with industry leaders including Fairmont and NoMad Hotels, Chef Enrique Olvera and cocktail maven Julie Reiner, Amaro Montenegro and Select Aperitivo, and many more. Over the years, Emily has successfully supported clients in receiving countless recognitions including Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards nominations and wins, and numerous placements within the North America’s 50 Best Bars list. She has led clients through openings, strategic partnerships, large-scale events, all with a definitive attention to detail and compelling creativity. In 2024, Emily was recognized as one of New York Observer’s “Ones to Watch,” a list compiling rising stars within the industry. Before moving to NYC, she received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In her free time, Emily enjoys hitting new restaurant hotspots throughout the city, running in Central Park, or reading cheesy rom coms at the nearest wine bar.
